Have problem in firmware updrading? Please check the following tips:
1. The charging cable needs to be connected with the power meter during firmware upgrading. The LED stays on until the upgrade is completed. Please clean the charging port and make sure the contact is good.
2. The APP has been updated to the latest version. APP download address: http://www.sigeyi.cn/en/col.jsp?id=111
3. It may be that the mobile phone system is not compatible. Please try with another phone. ios system is recommended.
4. Do not pair power meter with your smart phone in the Bluetooth settings.
5. Restart the app, restart the phone's Bluetooth, unplug the power meter and recharge.
Please check one by one.
